We happily accept returns within 30 days of item receipt for a full store credit in the following cases:
– Unopened product package with all of its contents unused and unworn with products with tags attached
– Free product Plus Shipping items do not qualify for refunds, unless received damaged, or broken, and proof with an image is to be sent to us for verification and return authorisation
– Custom/Personalized pieces are handmade to order and sold on a ‘FINAL SALE ONLY’ basis.
– Some items may not be returnable for hygiene reasons (eg. Intimates, Cosmetics etc)
Products are to be returned to our facility in Michigan, USA
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item . Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance.
